1. What This Policy Explains
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the innclude website and in the innclude mobile applications, the purposes for which they are used and how you can manage your preferences.
The general framework for the processing of your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
2. What a Cookie Is
A cookie is a small text file saved on your device when you visit a site. It is used for functions such as keeping your session open, remembering your preferences and measuring use.
In mobile applications, software development kits and device identifiers perform a similar function. Where this text refers to "cookies", those technologies are also meant.
3. The Types of Cookies We Use

3.1. Cookies other than strictly necessary cookies run only when you give your consent. Withholding your consent does not prevent the core functions of the site and the application.
3.2. You can change your preferences at any time from the Cookie Preferences panel on the website. The panel can always be opened from the link at the bottom of the page.
3.3. The "Marketing" category covers the display of innclude's own promotions and the measurement of those displays. innclude does not use an advertising network, does not display third-party advertising and does not process the advertising identifier on your device.
4. Cookies by Duration and by Party
- Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies remain on the device for the period specified.
- First-party cookies are placed by innclude.
- Third-party cookies are placed by the service providers we work with.

5.2. Items held in browser storage. The following are not cookies; they are stored in your device's browser storage and are not sent to the server automatically:

5.3. Third party. Google Tag Manager is used on the site; measurement tools run through this manager. Measurement that is not strictly necessary runs only where consent has been given, in accordance with 3.1.
5.A. innclude Business Promotional Site
5.A.1. No measurement or advertising cookies are used on the promotional site at business.innclude.com. Only two strictly necessary records are kept on the site: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language preference, and the theme cookie, which remembers your light or dark appearance preference. For this reason no cookie consent panel is displayed on the site.
5.A.2. There is no contact form, demo request or newsletter subscription on the site; contact is made directly by e-mail.
5.A.3. For the promotional links innclude shares on an individual basis (addresses beginning with innclude.com/d/), the moment the link is opened, the code of the link, the browser language and the country are recorded. No IP address, browser fingerprint or other personal data is kept. This record is a measurement limited to the person with whom the link was shared and is not related to the use of the service.
6. Managing Your Preferences
- On the website: you can switch each type on and off from the Cookie Settings panel.
- In the application: you can manage promotion and measurement permissions from Profile → Settings → Privacy.
- In the mobile application you can withdraw notification, location and similar permissions at any time from your device settings.
- If you block cookies entirely in your browser settings, some parts of the site may not work.
7. Profiling
Where you have given your consent, usage information obtained from cookies may be associated with your account and the content shown to you may be arranged accordingly. Withholding your consent to this processing does not prevent your use of the service.
